5 Years ago, I started this photogroup on Flickr. With 1149 members now and great contributions every week/month, I’m proud that it’s still “flowing”. Even though I don’t always have enough time to maintain it, as the only admin, I still am able to pick new winners every month. And I still donate to good goals every month as long as the members keep posting beautiful photos from around the world.
More than 12.640 photos are in it now! Enjoy, if you have a few minutes time. It’s worth while.

2 Young blackbirds in my garden, but this one left the nest too soon today. Hardly able to fly, my cat almost caught it. Mom and dad blackbird were screaming out loud when it happened.
After the “accident” tonight it was a bit dizzy (in shock), so I put a towel on it, took it back to the tree close to the nest (at least it won’t be on the floor tonight and I didn’t disturb the other baby blackbird).
I only hope the parents will come back…
will see tomorrow (with my cat inside but a cat in the neighbourhood, even though my garden is closed..). Please, please, please…let it survive.
